With ordering plans from other web sites or magazines, you will still need to hire others to provide the following: Site Plan, California Title 24 Energy Calculations, and any Structural Design Calculations that may be necessary. We also provide roof truss calculations if your project is in the greater Sacramento area. Outside of the greater Sacramento area, you will need truss calculations from your local truss company.
